The art in this VN is so charming!  In particular, I was quite taken with the sprites for Essie and Sol; all of the subtle changes in their expressions not only add another layer of depth to their characterization, but speak to the amount of care and attention to detail put into this game~  I also got quite a kick out of the goofy "totally normal human" masks that Mim and Mulf wear, heheheh.

I have to say, I'm burning with curiosity to learn more: About what happened to the Earth, about why it's so important to keep hidden the events of the cataclysm, about Sol's past and the significance of the dahlias—and about what will become of Essie, too, of course, heheh.

I'll be keeping an eye out for any updates and/or sequels to this one~

This was a very enjoyable story that got a lot out of its length! I loved the characters and their designs and was terribly, terribly intrigued by Sol. I could easily see myself reading more about this specific interview or, really, anything a cyborg interviewer like her was looking to figure out. Truly, excellent work.

Hello and welcome to my Ultra Long Running Commentary Comment, where I put down all my thoughts and reactions as I actively play for your hopeful entertain. (Spoiler Warning for fellow players.)

Ooooh the opening screen. Love the atmosphere, both from the music and the art. Strong menhera vibes right out the gate with the IV drip, hell yes. I didn't honestly expect the visual menhera aesthetics to be strong in the cyborg game, and thought the menhera would mostly be felt in the narrative themes and writing, so this is a nice surprise. (Also, I like how the start button is "Enter Memory." I love when menu options are creative.)

I'm sorry for thinking the opening dream reminds me of Maria's last words to Shadow the Hedgehog... 😔

The art. Is so good. I love this art style. Aughh. Art good. Essie's hair flowing over the pillow looks so nice.

I loooove the formatting of the text on the first Lie. The red wiggling, scrolling line of anxious thoughts over the command....such good use of atmosphere, and I have no idea how you coded it. Extremely cool.

You know those old dolls that'd have a pull ring on a string, and if you tugged it the doll would say phrases? Well Sol looks like she has two of those and I want to yank them so so bad.

....so I finished, and I immediately, no hesitation hit 'Enter Memory' again. I feel this conviction that if I play a second time there will be New Game + content, and more game, and things will continue, and I can make Sol proud and do my exercises and bust outta this joint.

I feel like this is not actually what is happening, though, so now I'm just really hoping for a part 2. There's so much intrigue here, the very beginnings of a story. I feel very much invested. Rattling the bars of my cage. Aaaaaaaaaaugh. Good game.

This is cute! I'd happily read more!

interviewer is great!! it's a quick read, but sets such a nice little tone in its short time you have with it. the art is absolutely gorgeous; the inner shading of Essie's hair being this really light color lends such a sterile vibe to the room she's trapped in. Mim and Mulf are a delight, it took me a moment to realize they were wearing funny little masks over their natural heads. they're trying their best.

a delightful and thought-provoking look into a world with so many questions and possibilities. hoping Essie can find some strength within herself to find the answers she seeks.

and i hope she gets to hook up with the cyborg that'd also be pretty cool

I really liked this!! Though it's short, it was enough that it left me wanting a continuation with more answers, about the fate of the Earth and about why Essie was told to keep it secret. There are so many questions and they're presented in an interesting way, especially considering there are so many 'Stations' yet only one Essie.

I enjoyed her and Sol's conversation a lot, and the tension in it. I can't read her at all and that makes her all the more fun!! And the two lil' aliens are adorable. Also your art is so good!!!

I loved this! I'd gladly play a continuation.
